Status: Final Dog Park Design approved by Parks and Recreation Commission (PRC; September, 2023); Fully funded with developer and recreation fees. Graphic below is an early design – some improvements were made by PRC.

Construction start date: Once Council approves funding, construction proposals to follow; construction would then start shortly after bid accepted, which could be as early as mid to late 2024.
Proposed Amenities: Full perimeter fencing; interior fencing to create two separate areas for small dogs and large dogs; all-weather surfaces (mulch/wood chips); shading (built structures and trees); water stations; benches; tables; parking lot.
